The Director of the Agency has had experience of real estate in Spain having worked in the Sales Department of a large Spanish Development Company and one of the biggest British Estate Agency's in the area. David King himself has been involved in the sale of Exclusive Spanish property whilst working for one of the largest International Estate Agents in the United Kingdom.

Modus Operandi:

• To provide a full personal service ( no group inspections)
• To show clients only properties about which they have shown interest and within the specified price range
• To give honest advice about the advantages or disadvantages of a certain house, area or project
• After sales advice and assistance (no extra fee)
• Re-imbursement of travel costs & basic hotel expenses following purchase (see later)
